Positions for which we may have openings include:

 RECEPTIONISTS

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance.  Receptionists will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary for the performance of their duties.

VETERINARY TECHNICIANS

Technicians are responsible for hospital maintenance, assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, radiology, client communication including admitting and discharging patients, medical procedures, pharmacy, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, rehabilitation, assisting in the operating room and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs.

VETERINARY TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT
Veterinary Technician Assistants are responsible for hospital maintenance, animal handling, bathing and grooming, cleaning, feeding, laundry, waste disposal, and assisting the certified veterinary technicians.

Will have two part-time positions (approximately 20 hours a week) available starting in July.  Would prefer applicants that are pursuing a veterinary technician degree.  Will work with vet tech students to accommodate their school schedule.

STAFF ASSISTANT

Staff assistants are responsible for the general maintenance and cleaning of the facility and surrounding grounds in addition to basic patient care and assisting other staff members with routine tasks.

Will have a part time position available in August.  Must be 16 years of age.  Schedule includes evenings and Saturdays.
